"Sintez" has presented social projects

We discussed the corporate social responsibility program of the company at the "Community" forum

   On March 3, the Community forum was organized in the Kurgan Regional Philharmonic Society, organized by the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. The participants of the event discussed the corporate social responsibility programs of various companies, as well as identified the problems of cooperation between business, society and government and possible solutions.
  As part of the round table "Civil society and business: social investments in the development of territories", Tatyana Fedchenko, Director for personnel and organizational development of Sintez OJSC , told how the company contributes to the development of Kurgan and the Kurgan region. Tatyana noted that the plant cares not only about its employees, but also about all residents of the city.
     The concept of corporate social responsibility of the company is based on the promotion of a healthy lifestyle: the company conducts free sports training in the Central Park of Culture and Health, which takes place 2 times a week from May to September. "Sintez buys all necessary equipment. The project is popular among Kurgan people, up to a hundred people come to each training, and even bad weather is not an obstacle for them", said Tatyana Fedchenko.
   The company also pays great attention to educational development projects within the framework of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). For example, Sintez equipped chemistry classes for the Kurgan Industrial College and the Palace of Children’s Youth Creativity, and two years ago the company opened two Sintezen'OK development studios for children of school and primary preschool age. The plant is also a member of the board of trustees of the "Sozvezdie" Educational Center.
    In her speech, Tatyana Fedchenko noted: "For Sintez, it is important that Kurgan and the Kurgan Region develop. We support sports and education, as we hope that creating a comfortable atmosphere for life in the city will help reduce the outflow of young people from the city".
  In addition, the plant implements internal programs. Special payments have been introduced for employees of Sintez OJSC, which are received by employees who are in difficult life situations. In addition, the company financially supports young families and pays benefits for the birth and adoption of a child
