Sintez congratulates the participants of the Great Patriotic War on Victory Day
On the eve of the 74th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, representatives of Sintez JSC (a member of Marathon Group and Natsimbio) congratulated each war veteran who worked at the plant formerly, including 101-year-old Nikita Sergeevich Pimenov, one of the oldest veterans of the Kurgan Region.
285 participants of the Great Patriotic War worked at the plant over the years. According to the data as of 2019, only four of them are among the living. They defended the country in different front lines from 1941 to 1945, worked at the main production sites of the plant and in auxiliary units in peacetime. On the eve of the holiday, each war veteran received financial assistance from Sintez JSC own funds, as well as enterprise branded keepsakes.
"We are extremely thankful to the war veterans for the Victiry, for the peaceful sky over heads, for holding out during the war," Sergey Klykov, CEO of Sintez JSC, noted. "Despite the venerable age and hardships that befell the generation, war veterans managed to keep kindness, optimism and remarkable love of life. They are our pride, an example of fortitude, courage and loyalty to the Homeland. And we'll make every effort to be worthy heirs of the generation of winners".
Representatives of Sintez JSC also took part in the city-wide ceremony of laying wreaths and flowers to the Eternal flame in Kurgan which was dedicated to the Victory Day.
