Sintez Sports Summer Named One of the Best Social Projects in Russia

Kurgan's Sintez has won the 3rd prize at the 2020 Champions of Good Deeds competition

The Sintez Sports Summer social project organized by Sintez OJSC (Sintez OJSC is part of the Binnopharm Group holding owned by Sistema PJSFC; Nacimbio of Rostec State Corporation is a shareholder of Sintez OJSC) came 3rd in the 2020 Champions of Good Deeds all-Russian competition of corporate volunteers, in the "Health" category. The winners were announced on November 23, at the 9th Moscow International Forum, Corporate Volunteers: Business and Society.

The 2020 Champions of Good Deeds competition was organized by the Association of Managers of Russia, and the National Council for Corporate Volunteering, supported by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The panel of judges considered a number of factors, including the projects' social significance, importance as of right now, longevity, the resources required, etc.

"Over the course of three years, the Sintez Sports Summer project has become one of the most well-known and popular summer projects in the city," says Elena Shipilova, PR Director of Sintez OJSC. "As a socially responsible company, we highly appreciate the fact that our charitable efforts have been distinguished at the national level. In 2021, we are planning to hold the fourth season of the Sports Summer and introduce a number of new activities."

As part of the Sintez Sports Summer project, licensed instructors have been holding free training sessions for everyone interested since 2018. The first and the second seasons were held in Kurgan's Central Park of Culture and Recreation, and the third season's training sessions were streamed live on Instagram and VK due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They are currently available in the Sintez Sports Summer group, under Videos. The program is designed for people with different fitness levels and normally includes three blocks: power training for all muscle groups, stretching, and Zumba dance workout. Several thousand people take part in the project every year.
